Mindful Movement

An embodied movement class for yogis, dancers and non-dancers. The class  combines mindfulnessmovement and meditation to achieve consciousness, self expression, increased energy and balance.  Combining light stretching, authentic movement and intentional moving meditation, the workshop will explore fluid and grounded movements while focusing on breath, posture alignment, creativity and embodiment.

This class will combine the calming aspects of mindfulness and meditation with the freedom of movement to achieve consciousness, self expression, increased energy and overall balance of mind and body.  

Diverse with a combination of light stretching, guided movement and meditation, this class will explore embodiment through movement and presence while focusing on breath, alignment, and creativity.  

All levels of experience are welcome.
